Independent (1099) representatives get the full agreement with W-9 and direct deposit; the platform pays them. Internal representatives are paid by their organization, sign a short agreement, and the organization keeps the whole commission. Each representative can override these when added.

DocuSign emails the agreement with name, compensation, and (when given) SSN already filled; the representative adds date of birth, address, and banking there and signs in one sitting. The record goes Active, and the enrollment link starts working, when it is executed. The SSN is checked against every other representative.

How is this representative paid?

Back office sets any level. When SOS adds people from its own dashboard the offer is capped at its own compensation.
