Invite an organization

Created as Pending with its compensation set up front. A real invite emails SOS first to confirm the percents, then the signer, then SOS again to countersign. The record goes Active when that is finished. The same signer address can be reused; only the organization name has to be new. The EIN on the signed agreement is checked against every other organization.

Representatives see their compensation on their dashboard

Independent (1099) representatives get the full agreement with W-9 and direct deposit; the platform pays them. Internal representatives are paid by their organization, sign a short agreement, and the organization keeps the whole commission. Each representative can override these when added.
