Xero
Set XERO_CLIENT_ID / XERO_CLIENT_SECRET (and XERO_COMMISSION_ACCOUNT_CODE, XERO_BANK_ACCOUNT_ID) to post bills.
Approve issues the statements. Post creates one bill per payable statement, then one batch payment.
Adjustments
A labeled line on the next statement. HubSpot’s Commission Adjustment fields are picked up the same way.

Profiles
The schedule you assign to a representative or organization. Percent profiles pay a share of dues; flat profiles pay a dollar amount per enrollment and per renewal payment (the LOA model). A custom percent on one record still overrides a percent profile. The six levels on the collateral are six profiles.
