1Invite an organization

The back office creates the organization as Pending, sets its compensation, and DocuSign emails the organization agreement. It goes Active when the agreement is executed. The quick-add form (agreement already on file) is still here for demos.

2Add a representative

An organization adds a representative from its own dashboard (or the back office does it from the organization page): name, email, how they are paid (independent 1099 or paid by the organization), and optionally the SSN so the duplicate check runs before the agreement goes out. The representative is Pending until the agreement is executed; then the enrollment link and a private Dashboard (counts only, unless the organization shows compensation) start working.

4Sign, pay, and open the records

In progress applications continue at signing or payment. A paid application opens the handoff: the member confirmation, and the member, representative, organization, and policy in HubSpot. An enrollment from a state that is not approved yet stays Pending Approval and the back office is told.
